1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Destivity (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Destivity is a travel planning engine that helps users search flights, hotels, tours, and transfers; set price alerts; plan budgets; and download expert travel guides. The Service may automatically post travel content to connected third-party platforms, including TikTok, at the direction of Destivity or its authorized operators.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Destivity may integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok. By authorizing Destivity to access your TikTok account, you grant Destivity permission to post content, read profile information, and manage videos on your behalf, subject to TikTok’s terms and the permissions you grant during OAuth authorization. You may revoke access at any time via your TikTok settings.
5. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to content you create. By posting through Destivity, you grant Destivity a non-exclusive license to distribute and display that content on third-party platforms you authorize.
6. Limitation of Liability
Destivity is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to content posting failures, scheduling errors, or third-party platform restrictions.
