What we can help with
- Guide support — you bought one of our PDF guides and something in it is missing, unclear or has changed. Tell us the guide and the page.
- Corrections — a price, schedule, visa rule or opening time has moved. Send the page URL and a source. Corrections get published.
- Coverage requests — the destination, plus what you could not find anywhere else. Requests from a trip you are actually booking get priority.
- Partnerships and press — collaborations, interviews or reproducing our content. Name the outlet and format first.
What we cannot do
- Plan a specific itinerary from scratch by email — that is what the guides are for.
- Book, refund or apply for anything on your behalf.
- Sell placement inside an article. Our position is written up on the affiliate disclosure page.
